How to get help at SUA
- You can book an appointment with the Tax Administration or the police at SUA.
- You can visit the information desk without booking an appointment.
- You can visit the Labour Inspection Authority without booking an appointment.
Visit SUA's information desks
You do not have to book an appointment to visit our information desks. At the information desk, you can get help if you have questions about how to:
- book an appointment with the Tax Administration or the police at SUA
- apply for a tax deduction card
- report a move to Norway
- apply for a residence permit
- get a registration certificate
- get an electronic ID (MinID or BankID)

Visit the Labour Inspection Authority at SUA
You do not have to book an appointment before visiting the Labour Inspection Authority at SUA. The Labour Inspection Authority can answer questions about employment agreements, salary, overtime pay, and holidays.

Please note that the Labour Inspection Authority is closed on 26 and 27 May in Oslo and Stavanger.
